At Back 2 Healthy Home Care LLC, we are a Pennsylvania-based waiver service provider committed to empowering individuals to live independently, participate fully in their communities, and pursue meaningful employment opportunities.
We proudly serve two distinct populations under two separate waiver programs:
1. Personal Assistance & Home Care: supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in daily living, community integration, and employment readiness
2. ODP Intellectual Disability & Autism Services: supporting Pennsylvanians with intellectual disabilities and autism through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to achieve greater independence, choice, and opportunity
